Products and service very bad.

I ordered 2 of these and the sizes were all wrong but it was when I sent them back that I had the problem- they wouldn`t send me out the new one until the old one went back and if I paid for the 2nd one then they would only credit me the amount on the first- I was then charged €6.15 for courier and they sent it by regular post costing them €2.10- the girl on customer service was very rude and hung up on me and never refunded my money- the whole experience was a complete disaster and I will go elsewhere for the other 11 jackets which I need.
